What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities):

  • Responsible for achieving sales growth in the modern trade business, managing programs, executing sales goals, and monitoring sales targets in the MT channel.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with B2B customers, hypermarkets, supermarkets, local Modern Trade (MT) channels, and HoReCa channels to achieve sales targets and maintain relationships with new channel partners.
  • Evaluate and analyze selling-in and selling-out data, market share, and sales growth through business reviews with key accounts for sales advancement.
  • Implement promotional programs, product bundling, and visual merchandising effectively to enhance sales performance.
  • Ensure proper distribution of goods based on purchase orders issued by modern trade channels to avoid stock outs and maintain sufficient stock levels.
  • Forecast sales, develop innovative sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
What You Need:
  • A Bachelor's degree form any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field with strong Key Account FMCG background.
  • Have a good relation/channel with Hypermarket/Supermarket/Modern market and able to maintain.
  • Proficient in Market Analysis, Supply Chain Management, and Account Management.
  • Strong analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skill, and developing customer.
  • Creative and persistent in elaborating new ideas.
  • Hard worker, team work, solution finder and able to work under high pressure.
  • High achiever, target oriented, and posses excellent command in English both oral and written.
